第3回のテーマは、小学生時代から愛するK-POPについて。

グループ、ソロのそれぞれのよさ

1カ月ぶりです。連載第3弾もよろしくお願いします。
前回のファッションについての記事はどうだったでしょうか？
毎月皆さんに楽しんでもらえるような記事作り、がんばっていきます。

今回のテーマは”K-POPについて”です。

早速いろいろ話していこうと思うのですが、まずK-POPを好きになったきっかけについてお話いたします。
まだ自分が小学3年生ぐらいのころに、テレビでK-POPの音楽番組を観ていたのですが、そのときにSE7ENというソロアーティストの方に出会いまして、吸い込まれるように魅入っていました。その前からもK-POPの音楽、存在などはある程度知っていたのですが、火がついたのはSE7ENさんのおかげであります。

いちファンとして、尊敬している先輩のいろんな楽曲を聴いたり、どんな人なのかなど、調べるようになりました。そこからたくさんライブやファンミーティングに行くようになり、とてもいい刺激をいただきました。

今見てもかっくいー。
今のK-POPはグループが多いのですが、時代も繰り返すというので、ソロアーティストの存在がこれからもっと増えていけばいいなと思います。グループからソロデビューしている方々もちらほらいるので、みなさんでグループのいいところと、ソロのいいところをどんどん見つけていってくださいませえ！

ファンの方々との幸せな関係性

続いてはK-POPの音楽性について語っていきたいと思います。K-POPの中でもHIPHOPやR&Bなどさまざまなジャンルが入っているのですが、個人的にはどのジャンルもK-POPと融合させているイメージなんですよね。その中で「ザ・K-POP」というポイントを目立たせるにはやはり、振り付けやパフォーマンスの部分がとても重要だと感じています。基本的にグループが多いので、振り付けやパフォーマンスが見所満載なのですね。はい。事務所によってもグループのコンセプトだったり、イメージ、雰囲気すべてこと細かく設定されていたりしていて、とてもおもしろいです。

音楽番組もたくさんあるので、そこでいろいろなアイドルの方々のパフォーマンスを一気に観れるのもいい勉強になりました。一人ひとりをカメラで追う직캠（チッケム）があったり、いろんな角度からカメラで撮るので、それを観るのもとても勉強になりますし、ファンの方々はとても喜ぶシステムだなと思いました。

ファンといえばK-POPのファン文化も魅力的ですよね。グループメンバー総推しの箱推しの人がいたり、グループのメンバー内の絡みが好きで複数人推しの人がいたり、ひとり推しの人がいたり。とてもPassion溢れるファンたちが多いので、アイドル側からしてもたくさんエネルギーになっていて、うれしいと思います。お互いに支え合える存在になれているのって、とても幸せな関係性ですよね。

K-POPはヘアメイクも印象的でその部分でもファンをとても喜ばせれていると思います。骨格がどうとかイエベとかブルベとかも韓国からなんでしょうか？　曲に沿ったヘアメイク、ステージに合ったヘアメイクなど、そういった細かい部分に置いても音楽性を目でも耳でも感じてもらえるような工夫をしていますね。より一層曲を引き立てられるようにしているのにも感心します。勉強になります。

K-POPアイドルは、みなさん練習生時代からとてもストイックでして、練習時間、レッスン量、食事管理、ジムなどでのトレーニング。どれを取ってもストイックです。そのおかげで、たくさん苦労したぶん得られるものがありますよね。ファンにとってもアイドルにとってもwin-winな最高の思い出を築いていけると思います。でも、どなたも無理は禁物ですよ！

今月の一曲：BIGBANG「WE LIKE 2 PARTY」、BOBBY「벚꽃（Cherry Blossom）」

ここで一曲、K-POPにハマりたての人たちにオススメしたい曲を紹介します！

既に有名でご存じの方もいるとは思いますが、この曲のオススメポイントはなんと言っても曲名と曲のマッチングですね。タイトルからどんな曲なのかを感じ取ることができるのが、とても素晴らしいなと思います。曲を聴くとメロディーがすぐ耳に入って口ずさみたくなりますし、移動中や家でもどのタイミングで聴いたとしても元気になる、落ち着く曲です。

続いてはK-POPベテランの方々へのオススメ曲を紹介します！

この曲は個人的にもよく聴く曲でして、BOBBYさんのバチバチなラップも大好きなんですが、こういったゆったり曲もとても魅力的で大好きなのです。声がとても特徴的で一回聴けば頭に残り続けます。
一回で声を覚えれます。タイトルも桜なの、いいですよね。一度聴いてみてください！

It’s been a month since my last installment. I’m looking forward to this third one too.

Alright then!
This time, the theme is “K-POP”.

I’m going to dive right in and start by talking about what made me fall in love with K-POP.
When I was in around third grade, I happened to watch a K-POP music program on TV, and that’s when I came across a solo artist named SE7EN. I was completely captivated.
I had some awareness of K-POP before that, but it was SE7EN who truly ignited my passion.
As a fan and someone who respects him, I started listening to his music and researching more about who he is.
From there, I started going to his concerts and fan meetings, which became an incredible source of inspiration for me.

Even now, he still looks so cool.
These days, groups dominate the K-POP scene, but the past always comes back around. I really hope to see more solo artists in the future.
Some idols are already debuting as soloists from their groups, so let’s appreciate both the strengths of groups and solo artists!

Next, let’s talk about the musicality of K-POP.
K-POP incorporates a variety of genres like hip-hop and R&B, but I feel like every genre blends seamlessly into the K-POP style.
One of the defining features of K-POP is definitely its choreography and performances.
Since most acts are groups, the performances are always packed with dynamic choreography.
Each entertainment company carefully crafts a unique concept, image, and vibe for its groups, which makes it all the more interesting.
There are also tons of music shows, where you can watch multiple idol performances in one place—it’s a great way for me to learn.
Plus, there are fancams (직캠) that focus on individual members from different angles. These not only serve as great study material but also make fans incredibly happy.

Speaking of fans, the K-POP fan culture is also fascinating.
Some people are “group stans” who love the entire group, while others have multiple biases or just one ultimate bias.
Fans are so passionate and energetic, and I’m sure idols feel the love and motivation from them.
The fact that idols and fans can support each other is such a beautiful thing.

K-POP is also visually striking, especially when it comes to hair and makeup.
What bone structure you have, or whether you are “yellow-based” (イエベ) or “blue-based” (ブルベ)-are these terms originally from Korea?
K-POP artists put a lot of thought into matching their hair and makeup with their songs and stages, making the experience enjoyable for both the eyes and ears.
The attention to detail in styling really enhances the music—it’s impressive and inspiring.

Trainees also have an extremely strict lifestyle.
From intense practice schedules to lessons, diet control, and gym training, every aspect of their routine is incredibly disciplined.
But because of all that effort, they’re able to achieve great things.
It’s tough, but it leads to amazing memories for both idols and fans.
That being said, it’s important to take care of yourself—don’t push too hard!

Now, let me introduce a song I recommend for those new to K-POP!

Many of you might already know this song, but its biggest highlight is how perfectly the title matches the vibe of the track.
From the title alone, you can guess what kind of song it is, which is amazing.
The melody is super catchy, making you want to hum along as soon as you hear it.
Whether you’re commuting, at home, or anywhere else, this song can lift your mood and bring a sense of calmness.

Next, here’s a recommendation for K-POP fan veterans!

I personally listen to this song a lot.
I love BOBBY’s fiery rap style, but his laid-back songs are just as captivating.
His voice is so unique—you only need to hear it once to recognize it instantly.
Also, the title is “Sakura”—such a nice touch.
